KTI Organizes a Training Seminar on the Human Resources (HR) System for Departmental and Directorate Administrative Assistants

In an effort to advance institutional digitization, enhance administrative efficiency, and streamline operational workflows, Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI) held a specialized training seminar entitled:

"How to Use the Human Resources (HR) System."

The seminar was delivered by Mrs. Shukriya Ismail Hassan, Head of the Human Resources Unit at KTI, and was attended by administrative assistants from all academic departments and administrative directorates across the institute.

During the session, Mrs. Shukriya provided a comprehensive and practical demonstration of the digital HR system. The presentation covered essential features including employee data management, faculty and staff record handling, attendance and leave management, and improving coordination between various institutional units.

The seminar concluded with an interactive Q&A session, addressing technical inquiries and offering practical solutions to ensure optimal and seamless utilization of the HR system.
