Information for Prospective Applicants

How can I apply?

To apply, please follow the steps outlined below:

A. Pre-registration:
Start by clicking on our admissions link, uploading the required documents, and completing the online application. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be contacted by the Admissions and Registration Department to proceed with the next steps. A campus visit appointment will then be scheduled for you.

B. Visit the KTI campus:
During your visit, you will receive an application form. This is also a great chance to explore the campus and its departments, giving you an initial impression of what studying at KTI would be like.

C. Complete and submit the application form to KTI:

1.      First, take the form to your previous school. Have them fill in your grades, verify them, and stamp the form.

2.      Next, complete the remaining sections of the application, sign it, and return it to KTI along with the following required documents:

o    Academic records

o    Copy of your national ID card (karti neshtmani)

o    Copy of your valid passport

o    Information card (Zanyari)

o    Two passport-sized photos

o    Payment of the appropriate fee

D. Application Evaluation:
The Admissions and Registration Department will assess your application. If successful, you will be contacted for admission.

Please note:

·         Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

·         Incomplete applications will not be considered.
