As part of the ongoing commitment to academic excellence and scientific research at Kurdistan Technical Institute (KTI), five esteemed faculty members have successfully published a joint research paper in the Journal of Sulaimani Medical College - University of Sulaimani.

The study aims to assess knowledge, beliefs, and practices related to sleep and brain health among adults in Sulaimani, while examining the link between public habits (such as irregular sleep routines and pre-bedtime screen usage) and neurological well-being to support future public health interventions.
