On World Democracy Day, a scientific panel entitled “Media and Democracy: A Balance between Freedom and Responsibility” was held.

Under the supervision of the Dean of Kurdistan Technical Institute, a two-day training course was conducted by the distinguished trainer, Mr. Khawan Qaradaghy, on the art of dealing with visitors, students, and their families, as well as on delivering high-quality services.
The course was organized for the staff of the Registration, Administrative Affairs, and Departmental Support Units.
The training focused on the following areas:
Emphasizing the role of registration staff as the primary representatives of the Institute.
Strengthening effective communication skills with visitors.
Enhancing the ability to manage diverse situations professionally.
Improving the quality of services to positively reflect the image of the Institute.
