In order to enhance the scientific capabilities of teachers and employees, the Directorate of Scientific Affairs and Quality Assurance held a seminar by Dr. Sheikh Fakhr Sheikh Tayeb on Wednesday, 18/11/2024. Pegah Ali Mardan, from the Department of Nursing, delivered a lecture entitled “How to Plan to Have a Healthy and Happy Life.” The lecture highlighted the importance of planning and explained the factors that contribute to improving daily tasks through effective planning.
